Tammy Meehan Russell

Tammy is an excellent communicator, program leader and mentor for implementing innovative solutions, bringing out-of- the-box thinking while facilitating public/private partnerships with emerging technology companies.

 

Tammy brings extensive knowledge of the innovation processes, ITS and Future Mobility technologies, community engagement, policy, research,

partnerships/ecosystem, and planning. Tammy holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from University of St Thomas.

 

Tammy founded The PLUM Catalyst in 2019 with the mission of bringing together innovative public/private/non-profit/research partners by using Passion, Learnings, Understanding, and Mobilization (PLUM) to help

bring new transportation technologies to those who need them the most, and be the catalyst to help mobilize, faster!
