St. Cloud, Minnesota | August 13–15, 2025
CTAA’s Small Urban Network (SUN) Conference brings together transit leaders from small urban communities across the country to share ideas, discuss operational challenges, and explore strategies that support reliable, high-quality mobility for cities between 50,000 and 200,000 residents. The event is intentionally designed as a collaborative, retreat-style gathering where agencies connect, learn, and exchange practical insight.
Tammy Meehan Russell and Mike Russell are attending SUN 2025 on behalf of The PLUM Catalyst. While in St. Cloud, they are engaging with peer agencies, participating in discussions around small-urban mobility, and visiting local partners connected to the conference.
